Dimensional inspection
Thanks to our experienced and qualified employees, our state-of-the-art measuring instruments and Alpa profilometer, as well as our certified control equipment, we can ensure the customer product quality.
Metallurgical and coating controls
For each batch that undergoes heat treatment, we carry out controls to verify the hardness and mechanical properties parameters required by the customer or by reference standards. For each heat treatment the hardness gradient is checked if requested by the customer. For zinc coating and surface treatments (RoHS Directive compliant) the coating thicknesses are checked by means of special instruments.
Thread controls
Thread control, an essential step in production, takes place during the set-up of the machine tools and the production of the batch, even up to a hundred percent if requested. Through specific software we are able to map the entire thread tooth flank.
SPC
The collection of data during production, introduced in our company in the 90s, is the most effective way to ensure maximum quality while limiting waste. This concerns both the critical characteristics identified at the beginning of the process and those defined through the FMEA.
Traceability
From the batch number indicated on the packaging label, we guarantee traceability to reconstruct the path of the products from raw material to delivery. This is achieved through a process that includes: batch identification, from the start of production to the labelling of finished pieces, a unique number that identifies the entire history of the batch, traceability of raw materials, and each material is always associated with the reference casting, which can be traced by quoting our production batch number.
